Cancellations and Refunds for Vacation Rental Property

Cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to rental date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellation must be received in writing via U.S. Postal Service, fax, or email.

If cancellation is received 30 or more days prior to the first rental date, 100% of the total rental cost is refundable.

If cancellation is received between 20 and 29 days prior to the first rental date, 75% of the total rental cost is refundable.

If cancellation is received between 10 and 19 days prior to the first rental date, 25% of the total rental cost is refundable.

No refund can be made if cancellation is not received 9 days or less prior to the first rental date.
